I help men and women who have a hard time navigating the world and intimate relationships due to heightened sensitivity, move from feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated to a place of self-empowerment and inner freedom, so that they can find balance and thrive being sensitive in this world.
Sometimes high sensitivity interphases with trauma or attachment wounds which lead to chronic relational issues and difficulty in experiencing intimacy in partnership. In these cases trauma and attachment wounds need to be healed first. After trauma is released and some ground work on healing the past is completed we can focus on other things including how to navigate current situations using your intuition and sensitivity to guide you. My goal is that at the end of our time together you feel empowered and confident in your ability to navigate stimulus overload and practice effective self-care tools to protect your energy and align with your highest self.
