Upon receipt of payment, I will provide you with a code to access the live and/or recorded class libraries.

About Juana

Juana started her Yoga practice in 1999 in Bogota, Colombia and traveled to India in 2007 to start her training as a Yoga Instructor, which culminated in 2010 with a stay of two months at Satyananda's Ashram in Australia. Juana has traveled several times to India to different Ashrams (spiritual communities) to deepen her practice and learning of Yoga as a philosophy of life, and an essential part of a balanced lifestyle. As a great complement to the practice of classic or integral Hatha Yoga, Juana has been teaching Mindfulness Meditation since 2005 and is currently teaching online classes in classic Yoga and Meditation Fundamentals. Training as a Mindfulness instructor was obtained in Naropa where I achieved a Master's Degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy.

Regular Yoga practice will help you to:

  • Balance the feminine and masculine energy of your body, leading to greater physical, mental and emotional well-being.
  • Connect mind and body.
  • Increase your body awareness and ability to be present.
  • Correct maladaptive breathing patterns that contribute to states of anxiety and stress.

  • Reduce stress in your life.
  • Minimize and prevent joint pain related to the passing of the years and the natural aging process.
  • Appreciate and respect your body in a different way and thus develop a more harmonious relationship with the changes that occur in the body at different stages of life.

Note: The practice of Yoga is not a religion, it is an ancient system of self-knowledge that allows us to access the spiritual dimension if we delve into it, but which also has a very practical application to support a healthy and balanced lifestyle. .
