Therapy is about You

And finding a way out of suffering.

Asking BIG questions like:

Who am I? Why am I here? What am I doing? Where am I going?

Therapy is about searching inside and shedding what no longer serves us. Finding what wants be born, grow, expand or dissolve and subside, by recognizing what needs your attention. Therapy is about learning something new about yourself, but also unlearning old habits, changing, letting go, listening deeply, and adventuring into the wild territory of your inner landscape.

Therapy is a path toward healing, because we heal when all parts of us are seen and held with respect and kindness. When we are able to process old pain, and let go of what no longer serves us. Healing requires that someone helps us listen to ourselves and encourages us to take risks so that we can grow and transform. Therapy is for people that are aware of the changing nature of things and want to learn how to embrace change by allowing, accepting and participating fully in what is happening in the here and now.

Whether you are suffering from mental illness or the consequences of trauma; or you just need a sense or direction and purpose in your life, I am here to help you and guide you toward more balance and wellbeing. By processing traumatic memories or changing deep rooted belief systems that have colored your sense of reality and sense of self, you will access higher levels of integration which translates into feeling more fulfilled and empowered. If trauma is not the main cause of suffering, therapy can help you illuminate parts of yourself that are hidden, improve your relationships and support growth by expanding your awareness of what is possible.
